MEETING WITH THE AUDIENCE

September 24, 2010, in the Hall of Mirrors of the Opera House

The audience had the chance to meet, alongside maestro Corneliu Murgu and members of the 'Pro Opera' Society, great opera singers from abroad which have been cast in Gianni Schicchi by G. Puccini: the baritone ALBERTO RINALDI and the tenor MARCO FRUSONI. The premiere of this opera show was presented at the National Opera House Timisoara on the 26^th September 2010.

After the talk with the artists all interested participants were invited to attend the rehearsals free of charge.

PRO OPERA on the OPERA´S ANNIVERSARY. A MEETING WITH THE AUDIENCE

April 27, 2010, in the Foyer of the Opera House

On the occasion of the 63^rd anniversary of the Timisoara Opera House (27^th April 1947) was organized a meeting of the opera audience with the Manager of the Opera House, maestro Corneliu Murgu, the 'Pro Opera' Society, as well as with important guests and associate singers from Romania and abroad: the renowned soprano NELLY MIRICIOIU, the tenor CALIN BRATESCU, the conductor DAVID CRESCENZI and the artistic director MARIO DE CARLO.

Within the framework of the meeting, the founding members of the 'Pro Opera' Society presented the organisation and its role in supporting the activity of the Opera to the attendant audience and local journalists as well.
